Review: Absolutely the best compact size coffee maker I have ever seen!
Review: What I like: 1. It’s a simple automatic drip coffee maker. One on/off button. No digital clock to set, no timer to tinker with. Put water in, put coffee in. Coffee is ready in less than 10 minutes. 2. The 50-ounce carafe is good for my 2-person household. A full pot holds enough for me and DH to have two mugs of coffee apiece. The heating element turns off after one hour. 3. The reusable filter is economical. 4. The coffeemaker is relatively compact. 5. The lid that covers the reservoir and filter basket snaps closed which holds the baskets in correct position for brewing.
Review: I like the size, looks and quality of this item. Also, the price was right. My only one complaint is that it’s not easy to empty the glass coffee container(full of water) into the top of the coffee maker.
Review: Makes about two large cups of coffee. Easy to set up, clean. The only minor issue is that to fill the water tank in order to brew, the user must pour the water down a fairly small opening which is very near the lid. It’s not a major problem, but it can be a minor annoyance.
Review: I have tried too many small, drip coffee makers in the past 2 years to count or name them all. Each one has had either design flaws, made lousy coffee, or broken within weeks. Granted, I’ve only had this machine for a couple of days, so I can’t speak about its longevity, but finally I have found a machine that is small, basic, but with the few features necessary. It is easy to clean and the best part is it makes excellent coffee.
Review: One issue with this coffee maker is driving me a bit crazy. Disclaimer: maybe I’m a klutz. The issue is that pouring water into the back of the top, with the lid up, is awkward and often results in water running down the side of the unit. Maybe you’re supposed to stand at 90 degrees so the front of the unit is to your right or your left. I’m not sure that would help. Where I need to position it makes that impossible anyway.
Review: 2nd one purchased. 1st one died in months like others have reviewed. After reading the review from FiSH, I altered mine, relocating the fuses off the heat pipe. I purchased a refurb unit, only noticeable sign was a couple of light scuffs on the lid, no signs of use. Price was $16 less than new! Makes a HOT cup of coffee, and tasty too. I find if you have patience, and pour water SLOWLY into the reservoir (I use a tall glass), and from the pot to your cup, there is no spillage. Rinse and wipe the carafe with a paper towel inside and out after use, easy-peasy! I found no “plastic smell/taste” like others have reported. A 75-25 vinegar/water ratio was run through initially, followed by 4 cycles of plain water. If the unit suddenly dies with the fuse relocation, I`ll update my review.
Review: The first pot I made with this little coffee maker came out great !! It spits and sputters a little but otherwise ok.
