The Danby Countertop Dishwasher (DDW631SDB) is a compact and stylish appliance that offers a range of features designed to make dishwashing easier and more efficient. Here are the four features that stand out in this dishwasher:
One of the most notable features of the Danby Countertop Dishwasher (DDW631SDB) is its eight different wash cycles. These include heavy, normal, rinse, rapid, glass, soak, baby bottle, and eco. With such a variety of wash cycles, users can choose the best one for their specific dishwashing needs. For example, the heavy cycle is ideal for cleaning heavily soiled dishes, while the glass cycle is gentle enough for delicate glassware.
Another useful feature of the Danby Countertop Dishwasher (DDW631SDB) is its delay start option. This feature allows users to set the dishwasher to start washing their dishes in two, four, six, or eight hours. This provides convenience for those who want to run the dishwasher when they’re not at home or during off-peak energy hours. For example, if you’re leaving for work in the morning, you can set the dishwasher to start washing your dishes a few hours later so that the dishes are clean and ready to be put away by the time you return home.
The interior of the Danby Countertop Dishwasher (DDW631SDB) is made of durable stainless steel. This makes it easy to clean and resistant to stains and scratches. Unlike plastic interiors that can become discolored or damaged over time, the stainless steel interior of this dishwasher is built to last. This also means that the dishwasher is less likely to retain odors or bacteria, making it a more hygienic option.
The Danby Countertop Dishwasher (DDW631SDB) is an eco-friendly and cost-effective option, thanks to its energy star compliance and low water consumption. The dishwasher uses just 3.1 gallons (11.7 liters) of water per wash, which is much less than traditional dishwashers that can use up to 10 gallons (37.9 liters) per wash.
This not only saves water but also reduces your water bill. Additionally, the dishwasher is energy star compliant, meaning it uses less energy than non-compliant models, which helps to save on electricity bills.

Review: Buyer beware if you have a one of those pull down gooseneck faucets with the sprung steel coiling around the hose, the adaptor will not fit your sprayer threads as they are neither standard threaded nor the same thread length as the intended application to get a good tight seal between the fitting and the hose. I had to purchase a similar style faucet with a secondary filler faucet that had the right threaded aerator to hook up the supply line quick disconnect to.
Review: I think this works better than any full size dishwasher I have ever used. As I live in an apartment by myself it was difficult to have a full size dishwasher load of dishes before they start to smell so I almost always had dirty dishes in the sink. I run smaller loads more often now and I did recommend it to my boss as a gift for his daughter who had the same living situation I am in. If it broke today I would buy another. I make sure to follow the maintenance instructions and run a cleaning pod through it as needed.
Review: The counter top dishwasher works just fine. Unfortunately it came dented. That is disappointing. But to much trouble to send it back. So I’m just going to live with it.
