The reversible slicing and shredding disc makes it a versatile appliance that can be used as a food processor, food chopper, or vegetable chopper.
The Hamilton Beach Bowl Scraper Food Processor is a versatile and efficient kitchen appliance with several features that make it stand out from other food processors on the market. The following are more details about the four features that we mentioned earlier:
The built-in scraper is one of the key features of this food processor. It is designed to scrape the sides of the bowl to keep the ingredients close to the blades, ensuring more even results and saving you time. This feature is a game-changer for those who use their food processors frequently, as it eliminates the need to stop and remove the lid to use a spatula. It can be used while the processor is on or off, which allows for continuous processing and even more time savings.
The large capacity bowl is another significant feature of this food processor. With a generous 10-cup capacity, the bowl can handle large volumes of food without the need to stop and empty it frequently. This feature is especially beneficial for those who want to process a large amount of food in one go, such as when making soups, sauces, or dips. The large feed chute also makes it easy to process whole foods like a block of cheese or a head of cabbage.
The Hamilton Beach Bowl Scraper Food Processor comes with a reversible stainless steel disc that can slice and shred a variety of ingredients. The slicing disc can be used to slice cucumbers, apples, mushrooms, carrots, potatoes, cabbage, tomatoes, pepperoni, peppers, radishes, and firm cheeses. On the other hand, the shredding disc can shred cabbage, potatoes, carrots, and cheese. This feature adds versatility to the food processor and eliminates the need for separate slicing and shredding appliances.
The food processor has two speeds plus pulse and is powered by a 450-watt motor. The low and high speeds, combined with the pulse function, give you complete control over your processing. The powerful motor can handle a variety of tasks with ease, making it a great option for those who want to process tough ingredients like nuts and meat.
The Hamilton Beach Bowl Scraper Food Processor is a versatile appliance that can handle most kitchen tasks with ease. Its built-in scraper, reversible disc, and large capacity bowl make it a great option for busy cooks who want to save time in the kitchen.
While the plastic construction can be prone to cracking and the suction cups may not be strong enough, the benefits of this appliance far outweigh its drawbacks. If you’re in the market for a reliable and efficient food processor, the Hamilton Beach Bowl Scraper Food Processor is definitely worth considering.
Review: I am poor cook and have never had a food processor before, but this was easy to use.
Review: My daughter has one and recommended I get one because I was complaining that I had to dice everything by hand. After I used it the first time, I called her and asked, “How did I live without this for so long?” I also told my sister and she said she had one too and that it can even mix her pie crust in the bowl with ease.
Review: I bought this to puree baby food for my 9 month old grandson….it does so much more. I boil chicken and cook venison…puree it for my grandson…he eats it but won’t touch jar baby meat. Great product. And it’s easy to clean!!!! I do all his fruits and veggies. So nice to have good food for him and so much cheaper. My husband and I are getting older….won’t be too long and I’ll be purreeing our food. Lol
Review: I’ve had this for months now andbit still runs like new, blades still very sharp , and my bellpeppers and onions stznd no chance ..it has 4 settings, off, p (pulverize), i and ii , i love to use the i setting, andbit gets my veggies the small but slightly big chopped particles i need them to be , if youre west African, this is great for prepping your pepperix for making stew, yams sauce, tirkey sauce etc just get it .. it very easy to clean too honestly just run it under water immediately after you take out your blended mix .. easy peasy
Review: I got this to make smoothies. Yes I know it’s a food processor but I like them thick almost like ice cream which is harder to do in a blender. And it does a superb job. The side scraper is key. Also easy to wash and take apart and no weird spots where food gets stuck that you can’t clean. Definitely recommend.
Review: For the price it is amazing!! I had a food processor for over 20 years that was a workhorse in my kitchen. Then it got recalled because of the rivets in the blade. I was on the hunt for a solid replacement and got a fancy one from Costco, that burnt out after a year :(. Got a little one from Grocery Outlet that died after a few uses. So far this on is holding up great!!
Review: This is my second Hamilton beach food
Review: Bigger in size than i thought.. Does excellent job. Need to be careful in using as can really shred your veggies to a miniscule size Happy with purchase though.
