The Kitchen in the Box Stand Mixer is ideal for new bakers, small families, couples, or anyone with limited kitchen space. With its compact design and small 3.2Qt bowl, it’s not designed for large batches or pro-level baking. However, if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stand mixer that can handle everyday mixing needs, the Kitchen in the Box is a great option.
The Kitchen in the Box Stand Mixer boasts several standout features that make it an excellent option for anyone looking for a compact and versatile stand mixer. Here are some of the key features that stood out to me during my testing:
One of the most notable features of the Kitchen in the Box Stand Mixer is its compact and lightweight design. Weighing less than 7lbs and measuring just 12.9 x 7 x 10.2 inches, this mixer is small enough to store in even the tiniest of kitchens. If you live in an apartment, have limited storage space, or simply want to conserve counter space, the Kitchen in the Box Stand Mixer is a great option.
In addition to its small size, the Kitchen in the Box Stand Mixer also comes in multiple color choices. This allows you to choose a mixer that matches your kitchen decor, adding a touch of style to your baking routine.
The Kitchen in the Box Stand Mixer comes with a small 3.2Qt stainless steel bowl. While the bowl may be too small for some bakers, it’s perfect for new bakers, small families, or couples who don’t need to mix large batches. The bowl is also removable for easy cleaning, making it a breeze to clean up after a baking session.
With six different speed options, the Kitchen in the Box Stand Mixer is versatile enough to handle everything from bread dough to delicate cake batters. Whether you’re whipping up a batch of meringues or mixing thick batters, this mixer has you covered.
One thing I appreciate about the speed options is that they are clearly labeled and easy to adjust. Whether you’re a seasoned baker or new to mixing, you’ll be able to find the perfect speed setting for your recipe.
The mixer comes with detachable aluminium dough hook and flat beater, and stainless steel whisk attachments that are sturdier and more durable than previous versions. I found that the attachments were easy to attach and detach, and they performed well during my testing.
One feature that stood out to me was the gasket at the top joint of the attachments. This helps prevent food residue from splashing into the joint, making cleanup easier and more convenient.
Overall, I’m impressed with the Kitchen in the Box Stand Mixer. While it may not have the capacity or power of larger stand mixers, it’s perfect for small households or anyone with limited kitchen space. The compact design and multiple color choices make it a great addition to any kitchen, while the six speed options and upgraded attachments ensure that it can handle a variety of ingredients and recipes.
If you’re in the market for a budget-friendly stand mixer that won’t take up too much space, the Kitchen in the Box Stand Mixer is definitely worth considering. It’s easy to operate and clean, and the anti-splash lid is a nice touch that helps prevent messes and spills.
That being said, it’s important to keep in mind that the small 3.2Qt bowl may not be suitable for everyone. If you’re a pro baker or need to mix large batches of dough, you may want to consider a larger stand mixer. Additionally, the aluminium attachments are not dishwasher-safe, so you’ll need to hand wash them.
Overall, I would highly recommend the Kitchen in the Box Stand Mixer to anyone looking for a compact and budget-friendly stand mixer that can handle everyday mixing needs. Its small size and multiple color options make it a great addition to any kitchen, while the six speed options and upgraded attachments ensure that it’s versatile enough to handle a variety of ingredients and recipes.
Review: Great product would definitely suggest any baking enthusiast to buy one
Review: I was comparing my 2 quart sauce pan to what a 3.2 quart bowl should look like and ithe bowl seemed so much smaller than I expected. I have to use smaller recipes because there’s not enough room in the bowl without even turning it on to mix. It works great for smaller recipes.
Review: Although I returned it because it was too small for my need I still loved it. It was so cute and didn’t take up a lot of room. It wasn’t real heavy either. It is perfect for a single person or somone who only makes a batch of food at a time. I wish they had this when I was single!
Review: Unfortunately I didn’t until it was to late. Apparently, the beater and dough hook are aluminum and are not suitable for the dishwasher. And yes,my beater is now discolored.
Review: Third time using and the plastic part of the whisk broke can’t find replacement
Review: I absolutely LOVE my mixer. It’s quiet (compared to my hand mixer) and it cuts my mixing time in half! I’m so happy I stumbled upon this product when I did.
