Review: These are by no means the nicest knives I’ve ever used, but with a little sharpening they are more than capable of keeping up with me in the kitchen. They’re built well and hold a sharp edge for several days. Clean up very nicely and the knife block looks pretty sleek on my countertops. Meats or vegetables, makes a clean and easy cut either way. Unlike my previous set, these knives handle very well and I’m not struggling as much with keeping my hands away from the blade, so I’d say they’re very good in the safety aspect. Review: This is actually the second set I’ve bought of these. I got mine 2 years ago and my mom liked them so much I got her the same set. These have not dulled , rested, broke or bent over the 2 years I’ve had them. The built in sharpener is a great convenience. I love the weight of them and how well they cut everything.
