Review: So the first one I ordered had a broken door hinge, the hinge wasn’t able to stay up. I really liked other things about the toaster though and our oven was broken so we didn’t need to use it for a little bit. The heating was nice and even, and it worked really well, just that hinge was the problem. I returned it through Amazon since it was broken and the company reached out to me and said they have a warranty and I was able to get a replacement very easily. It came quick. This one looks great, and I am so excited to have it back. I totally understand things happen in shipping and I think the first one was a fluke. But I really appreciated how the company handled it. They were very very nice and I have my replacement.

Review: Fantastic little toaster oven. We loved the mechanical controls able to switch easily between upper and lower (or both) heating elements, the adjustable rack, fitting a 9″ plate of food, etc. Sadly, while we purchased in Oct. 2021, it died a few days ago – Mar. 2023, about 18 months of service. The lower element no longer heats.

Review: I purchased this toaster in 2019 and returned it as the lettering or print on the toaster was very small, light in terms of coloring, and difficult for me to see. We have dim under cabinet lighting which didn’t help. I can’t speak to the functionality of the toaster itself, however. I am a big fan of Mueller products and would assume that the toaster is quality as is all of the products in the Mueller line.

Review: I can’t stand having old food sitting at the bottom of my toaster oven. My old Black and Decker toaster oven had a removable crumb tray. Just slide it out, empty it in the trashcan and/or scrub in the sink, then (when dry), slide back in. I don’t know how a modern toaster oven can be designed without this feature/convenience, but this Mueller oven is. It is so frustrating to have this simple feature be over-looked, that I had to return these (I bought 2).
