Ninja is for the people who enjoy cooking and prefer their time to themselves. This air fry oven replaces several appliances on your countertop. Think about an oven that can do the same things that the other kitchen helpers do separately.

Ninja is for people who like digital toasters and air fry ovens, don’t know how to cook, or don’t trust in their cooking abilities just yet. But with Ninja, you can finally do all those things you wished to cook but could not because you don’t have to have magical special cooking skills to use air fry or digital toaster modes or any other mode of the Ninja.

It is simple to use and might be difficult to clean after a few uses. However, these drawbacks pale in comparison to Ninja’s advantages. Using two trays when preparing something that can potentially leave a mess behind is another simple solution to this issue.

If there are two trays—one for frying the food and the other for collecting crumbles and other debris—after using the Ninja for about a month, cleaning it might be easier. Everyone can use Ninja with ease, from 15-year-old kids to 70-year-old grandpas. Ninja may be used for any task that a digital toaster uses, including cooking, broiling, air frying, and more. All that’s required is a few button clicks.

2- Versatile

Ninja comes with various modes that can be used for almost every one of the recipes that exist and require an oven or a digital toaster. It has a true surrounding convention. Because of this, it can cook ten times better than a traditional full-size oven resulting in faster, crispier, and juicier outcomes.

The Ninja can be used in air fry oven mode, air roast mode, bake mode, whole roast mode, broil mode, toast mode, bagel mode, dehydration mode, reheating mode, and pizza mode, all in one powerful 1800-watt appliance. This digital toaster has a smart cooking system to achieve the perfect doneness.

Whatever it is that you want, from rare to well done, at the touch of a button, you can cook it perfectly using the integrated thermometer. Temperature control is easy to adjust with the buttons. However, the paint can come off rather quickly. There are not many buttons to set the oven mode, but repeated use of them makes the paint come off easier.

The quickest one to come off is the on/off button, but that one can easily be remembered. The Ninja can cook up to 30% faster than a traditional full-size convection oven. Its versatility is one of the reasons it is highly popular among everyone. The manual of Ninja states that there are four modes: Max, High, Mid, and Low.

3- Speed

Ninja allows you to cook quick family meals with a 90-second pre-heat time. Thanks to this digital toaster, you do not have to use your regular oven again. It comes with an air fry basket, two pans that can double as the bottom half of the roasting pan, and a roasting/broiler pan.

Ninja includes a great little book with some recipes and instructions on cooking everything. Hidden digital controls light up when you turn the oven on. This is great for small kitchens with limited full-size oven space and a convenient solution for someone who wants a serious upgrade to their regular oven without the serious upgrade cost of buying a full-size oven that does what this gem can do.

The Ninja can cook on two levels. This air fry oven does not require rotating. It just cooks your food to perfection. You can fit a 5-lb chicken, a sheet pan of vegetables, two 12-in pizzas, or a 12-lb turkey. Make two sheet pan meals at once. With a countertop oven, you can quickly view your food, put things in, and take them out of the oven.

I imagine this oven making things easier for you if you have health conditions that make bending over difficult. For instance, if you frequently roast peppers, you might want to peek over to see how the charring is going rather than leaning down inside your conventional oven. Such tiny, uncomplicated details add to its appeal.

4- Quietness

Ninja is a smart appliance. It is simple to use, large, and cooks perfect crunchy food, and the air fry oven is a must-have for healthy eating habits. When using the air fry oven, you can use up to 75% less fat than traditional deep frying. It has a digital display handle showing the selected function’s optimal rack positions. When the door is open, display settings freeze to prevent accidental changes to the cook cycle.

The rear heated elements are circulating that hot air. If you want fast as possible and crispy as your vivid imagination can create or desire, then you will hear the Ninja – True Surround Convection sound like it is swirling that hot air to bring your tastebuds to heights you enjoy. That will be loud, not as in vacuum loud, hair dryer loud but circulating air in an XL cavity and not interfering with your music, tv, or conversation. Because it heats up so quickly, the fans can be heard, but it is not louder than a hair dryer.

It may be noisy, but this air fry oven may be the game-changer in your diet. The first few uses should be how it is with other kitchen appliances, to clean and get the burnt factory smoke smell out of the Ninja. And it may be considered small compared to the others with its qualities, but the consistent heat is enough to bake or cook two or three trays at once. Also, if you need a digital toaster or air fry oven for only yourself or 1-2 people, the Ninja is perfect.

It may be small in size compared to traditional ones and larger than microwaves, but it is the ideal size for your countertop.

Final Verdict

In conclusion, the pros of cooking seem to overcome all the cons of this air fry oven. Not going through the process of pre-heating is worth it. It can toast bagels, make pizza, deliciously reheat food, bake muffins, and crisp air chicken.

Also, it can be used to make fish and chips simultaneously. But, it can do so much more than this. You would be happy to have such a functional oven, especially every winter. The package includes; a digital air fry oven, two sheet pans, two-wire racks, a basket to use the air fry oven mode, a roast tray, a crumb tray, and a recipe guide to get you started on all the modes of Ninja, and the Foodi smart thermometer. Accessories are made from quality enamel cookware.

When you use as directed with the drip tray and roasting tray on the bottom when using the basket to fry in, all messes are virtually non-existent, and due to the quality of the material, they are easy to soak up. For the worst of the mess, soak in hot water and detergent for a few hours, and at the end, rinse with hot water, and you’re done. To increase the quality of your life, you can make this investment and buy a Ninja in your kitchen. Fast, easy to use, and makes you a perfect cook, what else can anyone want?

Review: Took a LONG while researching a unit to replace our old faithful KitchenAid toaster oven of 10 years, but thankfully we made an excellent choice. Total upgrade with the air fryer combo as well. Here are the pros:

Review: So far this oven is a fantastic addition to our kitchen! At first I was a little overwhelmed by all it could do, proper rack positions , all the options/setting etc., but I am quickly getting over it! It’s first task was to air-fry chicken wings on Superbowl Sunday. Following the enclosed directions they came out amazing! This oven heats up extremely quickly, has a built in timer, sends a tone when it reaches temp and when it is finished cooking too. I have cooked veggies in it too and they came out perfect. I have not used the temp control thermometer yet so I can not comment on that yet. Though I have not tried it yet, I’m intrigued by it’s ability to cook 2 different items at the same time too.

Review: I have been using the Ninja Foodi Grill (model AG302 JM1) for several years, but we needed something closer to a convection oven for the kitchen of our small business. The Ninja DT201 convection oven was the right size with enough functions, and it is 1800 W compared to 1760 W for the AG302. I directly compared them by separately cooking French fries and salmon filets for 4 people. The AG302 gives excellent results using the basket for the fries and the grill for the salmon. The DT201 oven potentially could cook both the fries and the salmon together, but I wanted a fair comparison. The fries and salmon were cooked properly in about the same time in the DT201, but the AG302 gave better results because of its design. The biggest difference was the fries because I didn’t use any oil on the them due to the lack of a containment tray for the wire rack of the DT201. That resulted in dry fries with little browning, which are great for a low-fat diet. Fortunately I added salt before cooking them, so the flavor was ok. I’ll probably try to find a tray that fits under the wire rack to see if it’s possible to get better results using olive oil. The only difference for the salmon was that the DT201 oven didn’t get the sear that the AG302 grill creates, which would probably be more of an issue for beef. Note that the cooking temperature and instructions for both the DT201 and AG302 are not very useful for most things. The recommended shelf position in the DT201 oven is not ideal, and the cooking time is either too short (for the fries) or way too long (for the salmon) for both the DT201 and AG302. Therefore, checking the food is necessary until you learn what works best. Fortunately the oven has a glass door that makes it very easy to check the food as it cooks. The oven racks, wire tray, and other accessories fit the DT201 oven properly, were sturdy, and could be easily cleaned. Overall it’s a reasonably good oven that should work well along with the induction burner and microwave oven in our small kitchen that does not have a full-size oven/range.

Review: My regular toaster oven was getting old and my counter space was decreasing due to an increase of small appliances. So i decided to by a small oven with air fry and dehydeate. Well the first one I bought I returned for a number of reasons including visual controls and overall complexity. When I saw this Ninja, I remembered my first Ninja product and how well built it was. So I bought this and I am not at all dissapointed. It is well built and well designed. Controls are easy to see and use. Also a big plus, is that you can buy additional racks and even a cutting board that fits on top of the oven. Also, I really like the probe thermastat feature … and it works!
