Review: So far, absolutely nothing sticks to the pans. I can let them cool down, and then wipe out any remaining food or residue with a cloth. One drawback is that the top edges of the pans seem very soft; for example, if you are the type of person to hit a measuring spoon on the top edge of a pan to get any remaining stuff out, be aware that you will likely leave an indentation in the edge of the pan. It doesn’t seem to affect anything with the coating or performance, just a cosmetic defect. I learned this the first time I tried it, and now I will only use non-metal measuring spoons (and try to avoid hitting the pan edge.
