What I liked as much as the toaster itself was the accompanying instruction booklet, which was very explicit and well-written. When following the suggestions for the temperature and timing of the item to be toasted, depending on the type of bread, whether it’s frozen, etc., this toaster produces a perfectly toasted item each time. In addition to all of this, the toaster is attractive enough to leave on the countertop in plain sight. I am extremely happy with my new toaster!

You have to experiment with the toasting settings until you find your sweet spot and I found that I need to bump it up a bit when doing an English Muffin rather than toast. I did too but it went away after a few toast sessions. Other that that a happy purchase.
