Review: I am in love with this instant pot. I am so used to the way my mama used to cook on the stove top or in the oven and I got so burnt out on cooking and having to clean up messes with so many different dishes and pots so I decided to get this and it’s been such a game changer. I love to cook one pot meals. It is actually so much easier than I thought it was going to be as I was very intimidated by it in the beginning I was so afraid I was going to do something wrong. I have yet to use the air fryer lid to it though mostly because we don’t eat fried foods that often so I think my first dish will have to be fried chicken!! Can’t wait to see how that turns out. I’m completely new to instant pot and somehow the cheat sheet that came with it disappeared… I have no idea what happened to it as there’s only two of us in the house. My guess is it got thrown away by accident with wrapping paper so I was really clueless so I had to Google recipes and join some instant pot groups on Facebook to help out and of course look for some cheap sheets on Pinterest as well but so far so good, I am completely satisfied!!! I love the fact that I can decide to make a stew at 4 o’clock in the afternoon and and have it turned out amazing in a matter of an hour. That’s including prep time time for the instant pot to warm up and create pressure, 35 minutes to cook and about 15 minutes for a natural release of steam by the steam release valve at first I got confused with whether I could have it up or down but later learned that it’s automatic you put the lid on and it does the job. You really should do yourself a favor and get one
