Review: Needed to replace toaster oven, liked the proof feature. Unfortunately, the proof feature was a bust. It underperformed (small yeast rise) three times and I went back to my old manual way of rising my dough under a heating pad. Still don’t know why it didn’t work, at the factory temperature 90F and also at my go optimum 77F proofing temperature. To make matters worse, even when I reduced the baking time to just half my usual, it burned the bread. I am done with wasting whole batched of bread.
