Review: I finally got a chance to make something with it. I made Toll House chocolate chip cookies. Nothing too difficult. My last mixer was an old dd. So I know what they can do.

The KitchenAid Classic Series Stand Mixer is perfect for home bakers and cooks who frequently make standard recipes. It’s ideal for those who need a mixer that can handle multiple tasks, from mixing and kneading to whipping and blending. The large capacity mixing bowl is perfect for making large batches of dough or batter, and the power hub allows for even more versatility with a variety of attachments available.
The KitchenAid Classic Series Stand Mixer is packed with features that make it a versatile and efficient kitchen tool. From the power hub to the 10 speeds, this mixer is designed to handle a variety of tasks with ease.
One of the standout features of the KitchenAid Classic Series Stand Mixer is the power hub. This hub allows for easy attachment of optional accessories, turning the mixer into a versatile culinary center. With more than 15 attachments available, you can make everything from fresh pasta to burgers, noodles with vegetables, ice cream, and more.
The power hub is located on the front of the mixer and is compatible with all KitchenAid attachments, including food grinders, pasta makers, and citrus juicers. The attachment process is quick and easy, making it simple to switch between accessories as needed.
The 4.5-quart stainless steel mixing bowl is another standout feature of the KitchenAid Classic Series Stand Mixer. It is large enough to handle up to 6 dozen cookies or 6 pounds of mashed potatoes in a single batch, making it perfect for large families or those who like to entertain. The bowl is also dishwasher-safe, making cleanup a breeze.
The mixing bowl is designed to lock into place on the mixer’s base, ensuring that it stays in place during use. This is especially important when working with heavy doughs or batters, as it prevents the bowl from moving around during mixing.
The KitchenAid Classic Series Stand Mixer uses a 59-point planetary mixing action to ensure thorough ingredient incorporation. This means that the beater, dough hook, or wire whip rotates around the bowl, providing incredible bowl coverage for comprehensive mixing. The 59 touchpoints per rotation around the bowl ensure that every ingredient is thoroughly mixed, giving you the best possible results.
The planetary mixing action is a unique feature of KitchenAid stand mixers, and it sets them apart from other brands. This technology ensures that your ingredients are mixed evenly, no matter what speed you are using.
The KitchenAid Classic Series Stand Mixer features 10 speeds, giving you the flexibility to handle nearly any task or recipe. The mixer’s powerful motor is capable of handling everything from stirring wet and dry ingredients together to kneading bread dough and whipping cream.
The 10 speeds range from the stir speed, which is perfect for mixing ingredients, to speed 8, which is ideal for whipping cream. The mixer also features a soft start function, which helps prevent ingredients from splattering out of the bowl when the mixer is turned on.
Overall, the KitchenAid Classic Series Stand Mixer is a reliable and versatile workhorse for standard recipes. Its durable metal construction and large capacity mixing bowl make it a great choice for home bakers and cooks who need a mixer that can handle multiple tasks. The power hub and 10 speeds provide even more versatility, making it easy to use a variety of optional attachments.
However, it’s important to note that the mixer is heavy and bulky, and can be quite loud during operation. It’s also on the higher end of the price spectrum for stand mixers. But if you’re looking for a mixer that can handle your standard recipes with ease, the KitchenAid Classic Series Stand Mixer is definitely worth considering.

Review: Two years ago, I became a Carnivore. That’s someone who only eats meat. Since I live in Florida, I can jars of meat for Hurricane season. So, after watching some videos on YouTube, I bought this product along with the all metal meat grinder. I bought it solely for the meat grinder attachment. This past weekend I canned 16 quarts of ground up meat. Since I like to blend different meats together, the meat grinder worked great. The large metal bowl that comes with the blinder was perfect for catching all the meat and mixing it all up by hand to go in the jars.
Review: I was hesitant to spend the money for the “name brand,” but KitchenAid’s stand mixer holds up. Girlfriend makes pasta dough and shreds chicken for her meal planning and buffalo chicken dip. I shred pork–which used to be time consuming but now takes less than a couple minutes. And we haven’t even begun to utilize the variety of other features–just got the pasta roller attachment to roll the dough. No reservations, this was worth it; and the name stands for a reason.
Review: I purchased 2 of Kitchen aid mixers in 2007. One for me and one for my niece. Both are still working perfectly. Not sure if I should but I have been putting the attachments in the tip basket of the dishwasher for years with no issues. The dough hook works great for making bread. I let my dough rise in the bowl with a kitchen towel over the top.
Review: This is my second mixer. I had my first 23 years. (We purchased the rebuilt kit to fix the old one to pass on.)
Review: Great quality great buy.
Review: Absolutely love our Kitchen Aid. We use is for everything!
Review: the stainless steel mixing bowl that come with this mixer is a mess. it’s too small so you can’t scrap the sides without stopping the mixing and lifting up the head to get in there. you can’t even add ingredients without having to do the same. i guess that’s where they make their money by making their costumers buy a different bowl in order to use thier mixer
