I contacted Cuisinart about the problem. I followed their instructions on how to disable the unit from further use, provided the requested photo proof of disablement and 6 days later I received a new replacement at no charge whatsoever. Kudos to Cuisinart for excellent, no conflict customer service and product support!

Review: First off, I haven’t discovered any brand or style of air frier that’s outstanding or even as great as their infomercials. I’ve tried several brands and several different types, before I forked out the money on a trusted Cuisinart. It has not disappointed. It’s not perfect but it has a ton of features and they all work very well. It’s a nice looking small appliance, and in particular the air fry feature works very, very well. Whether you’re crisping something, reheating, or cooking some frozen favorite, it gets the job done. You will occasionally need to stir the French Fries or something along those lines, but they’re not encompassed in oil, so the need is occasionally there. We used ours a lot for many different things, and I would recommend this product.

Review: We have this Cuisinart oven for 9 months. We have loved everything about it except the buttons and knobs have been finicky from day 1. You press a button and…nothing. Repeat and maybe it will eventually work. The knob is the same. You need to be excessively gentle with the knob or it will just randomly select settings. Now the Airfry button simply doesn’t work. We have to manual turn the knob until it gets to Airfry. It’s very frustrating to have a device that works so well IF you can actually tell it what to do. It would have been 4 – 5 star otherwise.

Review: Great little Portable generator. I’ve had it for about a week now call, and used it to replace a Built-in generator That failed on our RV. For the cost this little generator was far less expensive , and we can use it around the house when we’re not Traveling. I used it to operate my welder and grinders as I made modifications to the RV. This little generator now starts on a single Pull while choked And cold. It’s very quiet even at full load. I can speak with my wife right next to the generator without having to yell Over the noise. That was our biggest concern when purchasing this was dealing with the noise level. Our old generator was a Kohler 18 hp lawn mower engine From the 1980s. When it ran evenIf you were inside you had to yell. The new generator sounds like a scooter. It has a very gentle hum.

Review: I liked the weight of the generator and that it has the travel trailer 30 amp plug (I purchased it for my travel trailer to use when we dry camp to run the a/c). I went ahead and broke it in changing the oil every hour for the first three hours (first two hours no load, then on the third hour 30% load). I wish they had included instructions for break in, but since they didn’t I just used some for a similar brand I found online. After the break in period I used it to power my home to test it powering up all the 110v circuits through a transfer switch and it worked fine. I powered my home for about two hours running the fridge, lights and a small microwave and it kept up. I did not attempt to power up any 240 v circuits because the generator is small but it did well powering all other circuits (my regular home back up generator is much larger 8700watts). The only dislike I have is it doesn’t have an hour meter to help with maintenance schedule, so I had to add one. Other than that, I think it’s a good buy for the price.

Review: Great product. Very quiet, especially in eco mode. Did a 5 hour break-in, 3 of that on 1.5Kw load. It is a heavy machine, but it doesn’t have that piston slap a previous 12Kw machine from a different manufacturer had. No pinging noise, just smooth running. I ran it on Non-Ethanol 87 octane fuel from Quick-Trip. They have a separate hose for non-ethanol fuel, thereby ensuring that NO ethanol gets mixed in. Of course, it is on wheels, so it is relatively easy to move. After 6 hours now, I am a happy camper. I haven’t had to put my sensitive UPS units on it yet, but I am hopeful with a relatively smooth sine wave they will work flawlessly. Hopefully, NO more constant battery-> line and line -> battery oscillations like my previous 12Kw unit did. I’ll follow-up this review IF there are any issues.
